TRIAGE WORKFLOW
A reliable triage loop is: filter the queue, assign owners, move status, and close or reopen with reason.
- 1. Filter
- Narrow by status, severity, assignee, or tag.
- 2. Assign
- Set responsible member before moving to in_review.
- 3. Update
- Move open → in_review → resolved or wont_fix.
- 4. Verify
- Use split view to validate comment thread + metadata.
Role behavior
Owners and developers typically run triage and assignment. Clients/guests can provide feedback but should avoid bulk status operations.
